What’s in the Free edition?

Core mapping, basic voice control, and common imports — ad-supported. Great for trying Rumima and everyday personal maps.

How is Pro billed?

€24.99 per year, per user, billed annually. It unlocks every premium feature with no ads.

How do Enterprise volume discounts work?

Per-seat price drops by tier — from €22.99 at 10 seats down to €14.99 at 100+. Use the calculator above; custom and site licenses are available.

Can we add seats mid-year?

Yes. Admins buy additional seat packs at any time; they’re prorated to your renewal date and assignable immediately from the portal.

What happens when a seat is reassigned?

Revoke it from one user and assign it to another in seconds. The change is logged, and the old device loses access at its next check-in.

Does it work offline?

Yes — each seat holds a signed license valid for up to 10 days offline, refreshing silently whenever the app next reaches the licensing server.
